Treadmill Maintenance Advice:
Once a week, clean the side rails and any visible part of the walking or running deck using a slightly damp cloth. Dust and dirt easily collect on the treadmill deck and running belt, which can affect smooth performance if not cleaned regularly.
Make sure to operate your treadmill once every month without any user on it. Check that the running belt is properly centered. If it is not aligned correctly, it should be adjusted according to the instructions provided in the user manual.
Once every month, run the treadmill at maximum speed for a few minutes to help clear out any dust or debris that may have built up inside. Also, ensure that there is an adequate level of lubrication under the walking belt and on the deck to maintain smooth movement and reduce friction.
Elliptical & Bike Maintenance Advice:
Using a slightly damp cloth, wipe down the ramps once every week to remove dust and sweat buildup. Carefully inspect the wheels to ensure that no debris or foreign objects are stuck inside them. Also, check that all bolts are properly tightened and confirm that the machine is positioned evenly and level on the floor for safe and stable operation.
Gym Equipment Maintenance Advice:
Inspect all pulleys carefully to ensure that the cables are properly seated and securely positioned within the pulley grooves. Check each cable to confirm that the protective coating is intact and that none of the strands are frayed or unraveling. If any damage is detected, the cable should be replaced immediately to maintain safety and proper machine function.
